Hokaito Zhimomi – India

Hokaito is a genuine batting all rounder a classy top order bat and very decent left arm spinner. He played his junior and club cricket in Kolkata, representing Dalhousie Athletic Club. He was also a part of the extended IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders in 2009.

Ahead of the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy, he transferred from Assam to Nagaland. He made his List A debut for Nagaland in the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy on 19 September 2018. He made his Twenty20 debut on 8 November 2019, for Nagaland in the 2019–20 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Hokaito has a high score of 177 and 4 other scores over 50 in 1st class cricket. As a bowler his left arm spin has recently been used much more frequently and in a recent one day game he returned the outstanding figures of 3-7 off 4 overs. Its tough to get overs as a spinner in india as there are so many top class operators in every side but he is a certainty to grab plenty of wickets in UK League cricket plus lots of runs.
