Chalana is a a quality player playing his cricket in the top tier of Si Lankan Domestic Cricket for Colts C.C. He is a strong positive batsman and a brilliant Left Arm Spinner. He has played in the strong Ribblesdale League for Barnoldswick C.C. for 2 seasons, 2018 & 2019
In his 1st year in the UK in 2018 he scored 700 runs and took 77 wickets in a fabulous debut season unsurprisingly the club invited him back for 2019 and he did it again with 600 runs and 80 wickets leading his side to the title with weeks to spare.
Chalana has his ECB Level 2 badge is a keen coach and a great lad who will socialize and mix well. He is an absolute bargain at this money.

For 2021 Chalana signed in the Powerful Northern Premier League for Kendal C.C. and scored 600 runs and took 65 wickets and in 2022 he played for Woodbank C.C. in the GMCL Premier Division taking 42 wickets and scoring 380 runs in a shortened season. He is an outstanding Left arm spinner a dashing attacking batsman and a great guy to boot. He will be popular again in 2024
