Brendon Louw – South Africa

A Batsman Keeper from the Western Cape, Brendon Louw is  25 years old is firmly established in the South Western Districts 1st class set up and he already has 2 centuries and 15 fifties behind his name and a 1st class average just under 30, he has played for S.A. U17s and U19s and has a bright future ahead of him and is extremely highly rated at SWD where he plays his provincial cricket. Brendon is a top class prospect with a wide range of shots and at this early stage of his career there is still lots of improvement to come from such a prodigious young talent. It goes without saying that his wicket keeping is of the very highest class and allied to his abundance of talent with the blade he was picked up by Trowbridge CC for 2016 and he racked up 570 runs averaging 57 and 22 wickets with his handy off spin as he led the team to a top 3 finish in the West of England Premier League. For 2017 Brendon moved to the Ribble Valley to play for Ribblesdale Wanderers C.C  he scored 600 runs and kept wicket for the Church Meadow outfit for 2018 Brendon moved to Wivenhoe Town C.C. and yet again delivered the good s with 788 runs at an average of 47 plus 35 wickets including an astonishing 9-12  but despite being hugely popular in the South West Brendon is looking for a new challenge in 2019.
